QRC Group in Juncos, Puerto Rico seeks a Specialist Quality Complaints to lead and manage product complaint investigations, perform data analysis and trending of complaint information to detect signals proactively and take appropriate actions promptly.

The position requires advanced education with experience in root cause analysis and CAPA determination, a strong quality mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: Doctorate or Masters + 2 years related experience, or Bachelors + 4 years, or Associates + 8 years, or High school/GED + 10 years.
• Experience in project management, root cause analysis, CAPA determination.
• Quality mindset and deep compliance knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook) and usage of Teams.
