Maharam is seeking a Quality Assurance support specialist to investigate and process quality claims across our textile brands. You will enter replacement orders, issue credits, manage QA library, and assist with lab responsibilities.
Requirements include an associate’s degree in textiles or related field, a high school diploma, and textile manufacturing experience. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills are essential.

A support role on our Quality Assurance team across our three textiles brands. Responsible for investigating and processing quality related claims, entering replacement orders, issuing credits, entering Charge Backs, maintaining the QA library, perform lab responsibilities, and additional job-related duties.
This position will report to the QA Supervisor.
This position typically has contact with all employees at all levels of the organization internally. It also has direct contact with resource personnel, clients, and contractors.

Compensation range for this role is $20.27 - $26.70. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
