Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating food processing equipment, preferably a blender.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate the blender machine in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure blend consistency.
• Ensure ingredients are properly measured and weighed before loading into the blender.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Perform regular quality checks on blends to meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
