Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Quality Auditor to perform ISO process audits, PFMEA documentation, and standard work updates across production lines. You will document controls, assist with corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in Quality/ISO/Lean, plus MS Office, AS400, and IQS proficiency. Some travel to other facilities and shift overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 1 year experience in Quality, ISO, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels of the facility.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Follow instructions and work independently; be self-motivated with good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Audit ISO processes and procedures for compliance; perform audits of checks and balances.
• Prepare, conduct, and document PFMEA’s; participate in corrective action process (8D).
• Create/update facility work instructions and quality forms; document standard work.
• Maintain records and update Master document list; notify associates of revisions.
• Generate and review quality reports daily, weekly, and monthly; support continuous improvement.
