Tasks include documenting standard work, updating controls, and participating in corrective actions across the site. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, detailed problem-solving, and collaboration with all facility levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year QA/ISO/Lean experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, AS400, and IQS.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits of checks and balances of processes (e.g. facility standards and work instructions).
• Audit ISO processes and procedures to verify compliance (i.e. ISO internal auditor).
• Participate in PFMEA documentation and updates.
• Prepare, conduct, and participate in new product pilots and launches; create/update control plans.
• Document standard work and maintain records using appropriate applications; update facility instructions and forms.
• Contribute to corrective actions (8D) and quality alerts; participate in Rapid Improvement Events.
• Generate quality reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and manage line drawings and green bar reports.
• Travel to other SBD facilities for PFMEA events when required.
