Nortera, the world leader in ready-to-use plant-based foods, seeks a Product Support Specialist/Quality Analyst for the second shift (3 pm – 11 pm) in Alabama. You will audit quality elements, document findings, and align production with safety standards.

No prior quality experience is required; training is provided. Proficiency with computers is expected. The role may include weekend, vacation, and overtime coverage. Pay rate is $18 per hour.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers.
• No prior quality experience required; training provided.

Mansioni

• Audit all quality elements of the products we produce, at intervals not to exceed 30 minutes.
• Electronically document all findings using the appropriate system/software.
• Consult the daily production schedule to ensure accurate production.
• Ensure all products meet Federal and State Food Safety guidelines and requirements.
