Resumo da oferta

Nortera, based in Lebanon, PA, seeks a Product Support Specialist/Quality Analyst to audit product quality, packaging weights, and coding at regular intervals. Working second or third shift (3 pm–11 pm) with weekend/overtime as needed, you’ll document findings in our quality system, align with the production schedule, and help ensure compliance with Federal and State food-safety guidelines.

Training is provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with computers.
• Prior quality experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to train and start on second/third shift with occasional overtime.

Your daily role:

• The primary role of a Product Support Specialist/ Quality analyst is to audit all quality elements of the products that we produce, (Product Grade, Package/Case Coding, Package Weights, etc.) at intervals not to exceed 30 minutes.
• All findings are electronically documented using the appropriate system/software.
• Consults the daily production schedule to ensure accurate production.
• All products produced must meet stringent Federal and State Food Safety guidelines and requirements.

Your profile

Successful candidates for this role typically have a high school diploma or equivalent and are proficient with computers. Prior quality experience is not required; we are willing to train. The standard hours are second shift (3 pm to 11 pm) or third shift (3 pm to 11 pm). with occasional weekend, vacation, and overtime coverage required.
