Job summary

IDEMIA Group is seeking a diligent individual to oversee the auditing of cards and work-in-progress throughout the manufacturing process in Exton, Pennsylvania. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and have experience in manufacturing quality. Responsibilities include maintaining the chain of custody, accurately entering information, and ensuring waste management compliance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and/or one year related manufacturing quality experience.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and calculate percentages.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.

  • Reconcile count balances between manufacturing processes.
  • Enter count information accurately into the system.

Job description

Purpose

Auditing the proper count of cards and WIP throughout all stages of the manufacturing process and also tasked with occasionally shredding wastage & reject material

Key Missions
  • Counting & auditing of all work in process out on the manufacturing floor.
  • Reconcile count balances between manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain chain of custody on all material removed from jobs during the manufacturing process.
  • Enter count information accurately into computer system.
  • Granulate all scrap PVC.
  • Accurately and neatly complete all forms, logs, and paperwork required.
Profile & Other Information
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or one year related experience and/or training in manufacturing quality; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to calculate percentages.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to perform well in pressure situations
  • Strong organization skills, excellent personal time management and group time management required
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and accept ownership for projects
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
