Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quality assurance for production manufacturing.
• Ability to perform inspections in all areas of production.
• Good vision and color perception.
• Basic math skills; ability to use a tape measure.
• Knowledge of sewing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Quality Manual procedures are followed at plant level.
• Communicate quality standards to plant staff.
• Train associates as needed.
• Participate in weekly Quality Meetings and follow up on action items.
• Maintain quality reference materials and specifications.
• Monitor BOM specs and report discrepancies.
• Maintain nonconforming materials and inspection logs.
• Enter daily inspection data in SharePoint or forms.
• Support short-notice quality projects.
• Review data and communicate improvements to production.
