Revere Plastics Systems, LLC in Clyde, OH is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. You will ensure parts meet technical and aesthetic specifications, drive zero-defect goals, and help uphold our control plan standards.

The role emphasizes precise observation, data recording, and adherence to safety procedures. You will perform incoming inspections, record data in the SPC system, and communicate findings to the Quality Engineer to support continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality of parts produced with goal of ZERO Defects.
• Inspect and measure all technical and aesthetic requirements per the control plan.
• Record all inspection data, as required by control plan, in the SPC database.
• Perform receiving inspections on all audit pass through items.
• Audit the job books and report any findings to the responsible Quality Engineer.
• Ensure that all safety standards, standard operating procedures, and/or work instructions are being followed.
