  • Use RF scanners and tablets to validate inventory and shipment information.
  • Direct truck drivers to the appropriate dock doors, loading areas, and pickup locations.
  • Review shipping documentation and resolve discrepancies before shipment release.
  • Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor loading activities and confirm compliance with company shipping procedures.
  • Investigate and report shipment errors, shortages, or inventory issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and shipment verifications.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures while working in warehouse and shipping areas.
  • Assist with inventory verification and cycle count activities as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance shipping accuracy and operational efficiency.
