Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor – Assembly to inspect incoming materials, audit in-process and finished goods for quality compliance and customer requirements. The role includes releasing production materials and maintaining detailed records, with overtime and weekend as needed.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in QA/QC in manufacturing. Overtime, Friday schedule, and a competitive benefits package are included.

$19.25/hr
M-F 3p-11p overtime and weekends as needed

High school diploma or GED minimum
2+ yr QC / QA in manufacturing, production environment preferred
QA reports and audits full cycle
NCR’s
Food Compliance Safety preferred
Production Material Inspection
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. May require the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. May require the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
