The Opportunity

As a QA Inspector, this role is responsible for ensuring finished products meet defined quality standards before release to finished goods. This position plays a critical role in protecting the customer by executing sampling plans, performing inspections, and validating form, fit, and function requirements. The QA Inspector evaluates internal retains, identifies defects using established classification criteria, and ensures that nonconforming material is properly contained and addressed. • Ensure adherence to product specifications, quality standards, and defined processes through collaboration with operations.
  • Verify that line clearances are completed, documented, and compliant with quality requirements.
  • Organize and support sorting, rework, or reprocessing activities based on inspection results and defect severity.
  • Develop and implement containment and mitigation actions to prevent nonconforming material from reaching the customer, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accountability for all product released to finished goods.
  • Analyze and communicate quality data, inspection results, and issues through reports, documentation, and shift‑to‑shift handoffs.
  • Support other shifts as needed to ensure consistent quality coverage.
  • Strive for zero customer complaints resulting from administrative, inspection, or critical quality errors.
What You Need To Succeed

  • Analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to navigate defined quality processes and procedures.

  • Comprehensive training with numerous learning and development opportunities.
