Job summary

Coilcraft in Hawarden, IA is seeking an Incoming Quality Auditor to join our manufacturing team. You will perform internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards on incoming parts, tools, and processes, and collaborate with suppliers and production to resolve issues.

This role requires basic computer skills, Excel proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review incoming parts for quality standards.
• Perform internal quality audits using inspection equipment.
• Identify and document nonconformities and coordinate corrective actions with production.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.

We are seeking a highly qualified individual with basic computer skills to join our team as a Incoming Quality Auditor.

Candidates must have the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, a strong work ethic, basic Excel and computer skills. Attention to detail and good communication skills are necessary, will be an internal auditor reviewing for quality standards. Can use a variety of inspection/test equipment such as plugs, gages, micrometers, calipers, optical measuring machines, electrical test equipment and various hand tools. They must be on feet for extended periods, work in a team environment and handle 5-35 pounds frequently.Reading and speaking English is essential with work order standards.
