Coilcraft is seeking an Incoming Quality Auditor in Hawarden, IA. You will review quality standards, perform audits, and document results while using gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.
The role requires basic Excel/computer skills and English fluency with work order standards. The position involves standing for long periods and lifting 5–35 pounds, working in a team, and adhering to ITAR/export compliance with US citizenship or permanent resident status preferred.

Candidates must have the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, a strong work ethic, basic Excel and computer skills. Attention to detail and good communication skills are necessary, will be an internal auditor reviewing for quality standards. Can use a variety of inspection/test equipment such as plugs, gages, micrometers, calipers, optical measuring machines, electrical test equipment and various hand tools. They must be on feet for extended periods, work in a team environment and handle 5-35 pounds frequently.Reading and speaking English is essential with work order standards.
