This role is pivotal in evaluating processes, systems, and products to ensure they meet established standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Responsibilities of the Quality Auditor
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor and correct deviations from quality standards.
- Align quality objectives with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Drive and execute management goals for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, labor costs, and material cost reduction.
- Maintain accurate ERP system data to support monthly forecasting for open sales.
- Gather and analyze information daily to ensure seamless company operations.
- Identify potential quality issues and ensure products are efficient and manufacturable.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet required specifications.
Requirements of the Quality Auditor
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle technical discussions and comply with complex directions.
- Capability to work in a cleanroom environment, lift up to 30 lbs, and stand/bend for up to 8 hours per day.
- Visual acuity required for reading instructions, operating machinery, and inspecting parts.
