The Quality Assurance Warranty Inspector is maintaining the needs of the customer and the company in the most efficient way possible by responding to customer inquiries regarding repair, warranty, and other related product information, completing required warranty transactions.

Our Quality department in Belleville, IL is now looking for a Quality Assurance Warranty Inspector.

Pay Range: $17.50-$20.50/hr

Key Tasks

Helps Customers By

Responding to inquiries verbally or in writing regarding repair needs, warranty information, dealer information and other related requests or inquiries; processing and assisting with customer complaints; assisting with problem solving.

Completes Required Transaction Processes By

Receiving and recording warranty paperwork, replacements/repairs/pre-received cushions daily, preparing certified and warranty replacements daily, processing email requests, organizing and filing all completed paperwork.

Resolves Product Or Service Problems By

Assisting with problem solving, clarifying customer complaints, determining the course of the problem.

Your Background

• High School diploma or GED preferred; 1+ years previous relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
