Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club Inc is seeking a Quality Assurance Warehouse Inspector in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time professional role ensures incoming finished goods are inspected, documented, and released in alignment with cGMP standards.

The position requires hands-on testing, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with contract manufacturers. You will maintain Certificates of Analysis, SOPs, and other logs; support cGMP training; and help implement warehouse initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant work experience; life sciences field preferred.
• Detail oriented; intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in a Quality Control environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials by confirming specifications and perform visual and measurement tests.
• Initial review for rejection and return of unacceptable materials.
• Organize and file Certificates of Analysis and other cGMP logs.
• Communicate with contract manufacturers to obtain Certificates of Analysis.
• Maintain all controlled document files and test records.
• Assist with cGMP training and adherence to cGMP compliance.
• Act as Sanitation Supervisor performing weekly facility inspections for Distribution Center.
• Help implement and maintain warehouse initiatives and update inspection forms and checklists for cGMP compliance.
• Assist in writing and updating inspection forms, and checklists for cGMP compliance.
• Help approve and release critical quality components such as bulk product and raw materials.
• Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
• Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; call for repairs as needed.
• Regular onsite attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Additional duties as needed.
