Job summary

Flagship Aerospace and Orthopedic Metals Plant seeks a Quality Technician to address quality issues and oversee employee training programs. You will compile data, generate reports, and work with internal and external groups to meet strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes developing OTJ training outlines, auditing training effectiveness, and maintaining training records while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent with 2–5 years in QA/training in manufacturing.
• Experience in auditing or training within manufacturing.
• Proficient in data compilation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to 6-S initiatives and policies.
• Maintain and update employee training records.
• Develop and maintain structured On-The-Job training outlines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through verification audits.
• Oversee quality training documentation and records.
• Coordinate with departments to respond to customer quality questions.
