Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Quality Technician at the Muskegon plant to address quality issues across manufacturing, technical, and commercial teams.

The role emphasizes developing and overseeing training activities and compiling data for reporting, with close collaboration to meet strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree with QA experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or higher with 2–5 years in QA, training, or auditing in manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to internal and external customers.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to 6-S initiatives and policies.
• Maintain and update employee training requirements for changing needs.
• Develop and maintain structured on-the-job training outlines.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via audits and adjust as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of training records.
• Collaborate with Commercial/Technical teams to address customer issues.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and quality audits.
• Support complaint desk processes and corrective actions.
