Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Testing Analyst IV for a remote, 5-month contract. You will conduct complex software testing to improve application performance and may lead a small team.

The role requires extensive experience with testing methodologies, test plans, and non-functional testing such as performance and security testing, with mentoring responsibilities for junior analysts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of quality experience or a BA/BS with 8 years of quality experience.
• Experience with Deluxe TRIPS Exception Manager.
• Experience in bank deposit operations, item processing, exceptions processing, or related financial operations.
• Familiarity with financial services or banking technology environments.
• Advanced knowledge of software implementation methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of test case design and strategy.
• Advanced knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, qTest, or ALM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of comprehensive test plans and test case scenarios for new and existing products.
• Independently perform manual testing of applications and translate results into actions with management.
• Analyze test data to determine pain points and recommend improvements or modifications to better meet customer needs.
• Maintain documentation for testing activities and cases, ensuring team compliance to internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvement strategies and develop effective testing solutions.
• Create and maintain quality metrics.
• Collaborates with peers to create parameters and comparison data for improved accuracy; Independently performs post-production validation.
• Assist with coordinating non-functional testing activities, including performance testing, load testing, and pen testing.
• Remain abreast of trends in testing tools and strategies.
• Lead complex testing projects as a subject matter expert.
• Rely on experience and judgment to perform job duties without supervision or direction.
• Collaborate with management in determining technical knowledge pain points and developing training plans.
• Offer advice and guidance to junior analysts, assisting in developing business/technical knowledge, analytical skills, and case management skills.

Quality Assurance Testing Analyst IV Remote (CST/EST) 5- month contract $55.00-$62.00/hr.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Testing Analyst to support the application development organization by independently conducting highly complex software testing activities with significant impact aimed to improve the functionality of applications systems across the organization. This position may serve as a lead for a small team, contributing to technical skill and knowledge development.

Key Responsibilities
