Job summary

InterSources Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Analyst to ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Education/Custom integrations.

You will lead testing efforts across multiple initiatives in an agile environment, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, business-aligned solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on QA experience with Salesforce architecture, Apex/Lightning, and strong data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of QA experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and validation rules.
• Ability to review and validate Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components from a QA perspective.
• Experience with integration testing involving APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SOQL queries for data validation and analysis.
• Experience with test and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Salesforce-related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with requirements.
• Perform functional testing across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and custom components.
• Validate Salesforce configurations (workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, profiles, roles, security).
• Conduct end‑to‑end integration testing between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, data systems).
• Lead and support UAT with business stakeholders to validate real-world scenarios.
• Execute regression testing for releases, patches, and enhancements to maintain stability.
• Ensure data integrity across standard and custom objects with detailed validation.
• Log, track, and validate defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Maintain high-quality test documentation and defect reports.
• Collaborate with QA leads, developers, BA, product owners, and platform teams.
• Manage testing across multiple concurrent projects and releases.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and automation readiness.
• Develop SME in assigned Salesforce modules and business domains.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Analyst to join our centralized QA
function. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce
implementations across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce
Marketing Cloud, Contact Center solutions, Salesforce Education Cloud, and
integrations with enterprise and third-party systems.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on QA experience, a deep understanding of

• Develop subject matter expertise (SME) in assigned Salesforce modules and business domains.
