Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring Quality Assurance Technicians for an innovative entertainment lighting and electronics manufacturer in Madison, WI. In this role, you will work closely with the product development team to perform validation testing and ensure that new products meet the highest quality standards before production.

This Temp-to-Hire role offers hands-on training provided by senior technicians to help expand your skills and a competitive benefits package available upon hire.

• Technical diploma or associate degree in electronics or equivalent job-related experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Execute product testing programs to identify and isolate design defects
• Report and track product issues using a database to ensure they are resolved
• Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports to the development team
• Maintain and organize testing equipment within the research and development lab
• Learn and apply best practices for product assurance and industry standards

Role Highlights:

• Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: 1st shift with a flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
