Job summary

We are partnering with Spherion Staffing, LLC in Fort Atkinson, WI to recruit an Electronics Test Technician. The role focuses on solving technical puzzles, training others on functional testing, and ensuring quality in box builds and circuit board assemblies.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in Electronics and 5+ years of experience, with strong schematic reading and ISO quality system knowledge. Working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Electronics or related field.
• Five or more years of experience as an electronics/test technician.
• Strong proficiency in reading schematics and warranty troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management system compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and repair circuit board processing machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot test failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Support complex project-based electronic control box builds and custom panel assemblies.
• Train team members on functional test procedures and equipment upkeep.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machine setups and changeovers.
