Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Abilene, TX is seeking a production associate responsible for blending syrup and ensuring quality control in a high-speed environment.

Responsibilities include handling raw materials, reviewing schedules, rotating inventory, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards. MSDS comprehension and operating manufacturing equipment are required or preferred. Experience in the food production sector is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience required.
• Prior food production operation experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand MSDS, operate manufacturing equipment, and knowledge of industrial technology a plus.

Job Location: Abilene,TX
Work days/Shift Hours – Monday-Friday 1 PM- complete.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $21.01 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
