Minimum two years of related QA experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Emphasis on problem-solving and in-process quality improvement.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot production or customer quality issues and document corrective actions.
Coordinate customer inspections and testing/certification for orders.
Validate controlled processes (e.g., welding, soldering, painting) and monitor in-process inspections.
Assist inspections using CMM and Niton Analyzer and coordinate calibration of equipment.
Monitor scrap and perform Pareto/CA analysis; revise process docs and test forms.
Analyze quality data and support LifeLines corrective actions.
