Job summary

Parker Plastics, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Technician for its plastic bottle manufacturing. The role focuses on routine visual and dimensional inspections of finished goods, monitoring raw material quality, and preparing defect reports to drive continuous improvement.

You will assist the shift supervisor in training bottle inspectors and ensure proper inspection and packing methods during the shift, while upholding GMP, AIB and SQF standards.

Qualifications

• Trains and oversees bottle inspectors on quality standards and packing methods.
• Communicates quality issues to support staff for quick resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine visual and dimensional inspections of finished goods.
• Assist shift supervisor with training and oversight of inspectors.
• Ensure GMP, AIB and SQF compliance are followed during shift.
• Identify rejects and determine rework or scrap per standards.
• Enter data and generate reports using in-house inventory systems.
