• Monitor production methods to ensure safety and quality standards.

• Collect samples and record results for physical, chemical, and biological properties.
• Enforce sanitation policies, GMPs, HACCP, and allergen controls.
• Maintain plant documentation and track key metrics like yields and scrap.
• Lead training on sanitation and proper record keeping.
• Prepare and maintain all departmental forms and paperwork.
