Responsibilities

• Ensure plant departments and employees follow the quality standards and guidelines of the company.
• Take samples, test, record and report on basic properties of ingredients, formulations, packaging and related materials.
• Monitor sanitation policies, GMPs, HACCP, and allergen control methods.
• Prepare, maintain, monitor and track plant documentation.
• Monitor departmental efficiency, testing times, yields, scrap loss and other KPIs.
• Instruct and lead plant employees on sanitation issues.
• Prepare and maintain all departmental forms and documents; ensure accurate record keeping.
