ALPLA Group in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level Lab Technician to support bottle testing, quality checks, and documentation on a 12-hour night shift (6pm–6am). This role emphasizes data integrity, problem solving, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 0–1 year of lab testing equipment experience. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a collaborative team

Product & Process Verification

  • Knows ALPLA bottle terminology
  • Conducts bottle testing and understands customer specifications
  • Performs routine quality checks
  • Completes equipment verifications
  • Performs line clearance process Quality Systems & Documentation
  • Can properly complete paperwork and standards (basic)
  • Can complete COA review and preparation


Data Management and Analytical Tools

  • Understands statistics basic and/or intermediate as required by location

Nonconforming Product & Problem Solving

  • Manages internal and external defective products
  • Understands AQL and sampling plans
  • Understands problem solving basics
  • Participates in RCAs

What Makes You Great

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: minimum education of a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment, preferred
  • Skills: computer basics, passing ALPLA assessment scores, ability to work well with others, good decision making will minimal supervision, ability to multi-task, good organizational skills
