Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation in Hot Springs, AR is hiring for a quality assurance-focused technician on the night shift, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Compensation starts at $21.42 per hour plus a $0.50 raise after 90 and 180 days, plus a 6-8% shift differential.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting water processing equipment, supporting QA testing, and maintaining GMP/HACCP compliance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• College-level science education preferred.
• Experience with basic laboratory procedures.
• Exposure to QA or production in beverage manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot water processing equipment and systems.
• Support QA testing and food safety analyses.
• Assist validation activities to meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Perform basic laboratory tests (pH, turbidity, conductivity).
• Create and review microbiological samples for testing.
• Communicate test results and deviations to the team.
• Provide training support related to QA processes.
