Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain testing records, measurement reports, and quality documentation.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment per procedures.
• Maintain QC samples, documentation cards, and product records.
• Support testing for new materials and recertification of existing products.
• Coordinate with production to ensure QA standards across manufacturing.
• Assist in investigating customer quality concerns with internal teams.
• Communicate with internal departments and suppliers as needed.
• Utilize SAP and other ERP systems for reporting and documentation.
• Support Lean and 5S practices to maintain a safe, organized workspace.
