Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or GED with preferred additional training.
• Analytical skills to determine carts required for orders.
• 1–2 years experience in manufacturing, production, or service industry.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a noisy environment.
• Ability to read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per SOPs and maintain clean workstation.
• Separate, fold, and distribute clean linen.
• Inspect linen to ensure quality standards are met.
• Pouch and label sterile product using heat-sealing equipment.
• Mentor and train colleagues after mastery of tasks.
• Suggest improvements to facility management for efficiency.
