NOVO Health keenly focuses on safety and infection control and provides its partner hospitals with a value‑driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization by department to eliminate excess internal costs. NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state‑of‑the‑art processing equipment and processes.

Essential Functions

• Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Separate, fold, and properly distribute clean linen.
• Inspect clean linen to ensure all quality standards have been met.
• Pouch and label sterile product utilizing the heat‑sealing machine.
• Work within established productivity and quality standards.
• Make recommendations to facility management for methods of improvement.
• Mentor and train fellow associates after mastery of tasks.
• Ability to read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Keep workstation neat and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school education, GED, and formal education/training preferred.
• Good analytical skills to determine number of carts required for orders.
• 1‑2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or service industry.
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stack individual items from machine for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to push or pull a cart that may weigh 100 pounds.
• Demonstrated customer service and organization skills.

• Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering Operations Management or related disciplines preferred.
