Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a full-time associate for linen management in a healthcare facility. You will separate, fold, and distribute clean linen while adhering to quality standards and SOPs.

The role includes pouching and labeling sterile products with heat-sealing equipment and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. We value analytical skills, strong customer service, and the ability to mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Sort, fold, and distribute clean linen accurately.
• Inspect linen quality to meet standards.
• Pack and label sterile products using heat-sealing equipment.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Suggest process improvements to facility management.
• Mentor and train fellow associates after mastery of tasks.
• Ability to read and understand all SOPs.
• Keep workstation neat and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.
