Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to perform on-line quality audits, raw materials testing, and product testing. You will report test results and support Manufacturing, Technical Service, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and R&D in testing relative to established specifications.

You will maintain testing equipment daily, calibrate instruments, and help manage quality record documentation, non-conformances, corrective actions, and supplier issues.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of QA/related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-line quality audits and product testing.
• Report test results to applicable departments.
• Support Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D in testing processes.
• Maintain testing equipment daily and calibrations.
• Document quality records and non-conformance reports.
• Inspect product at set intervals to meet specifications.
• Create and manage color standards.
• Assist in Process Control Plans and Product Spec Sheets.
• Follow safety rules and use PPE.
