Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Zebulon, GA is seeking a Quality Technician II to join our 2nd shift team. You will perform accurate checks, inspections and counts of inbound and outbound product, ensuring items are undamaged and meet specifications.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of QA experience, familiarity with WMS systems such as Blue Yonder or SAP, and proficiency in Excel. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion within first 30 days.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality audits, inspections and documentation.
• Perform daily quality assurance activities as required or directed by management.
• Monitor and report level of QMS implementation, compliance and effectiveness through audit activities, observation, review of quality metrics and customer feedback.
• Support QA training for new and existing associates.
• Support coordination of QA license, permit and registration activities.
• Work with Quality Assurance, Ops Performance and Process Improvement teams to progress Quality initiatives.
