Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical inspection skills with microscopes and measurement tools.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed defect inspections using the Olympus MX50 microscope and other precision tools.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify quality during manufacturing stages.
• Complete finished goods inspections to ensure outgoing material meets specs.
• Capture and document high-quality inspection images.
• Identify nonconforming product and generate nonconformance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering for root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Validate outgoing product data and maintain inventory records.
• Work in a shift-based team and follow the 3x4 compressed schedule.
