Job summary

OMG Roofing, Inc. is seeking a technically curious engineer to join the process engineering group in Agawam, MA. You will become the Subject Matter Expert across manufacturing departments, applying state-of-the-art technology to improve productivity and advance processes.

The role emphasizes designing automated systems, applying CAE tools, and collaborating with teams to solve complex problems while supporting safety and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding how things work.
• Creative and persistent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with personal accountability and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Programming experience (PLC logic, GUI, Python/Java/C++).
• Experience with applied statistics.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, GD&T, and Finite Element Analysis (COMSOL preferred).
• Exposure to rapid prototyping and metal forming/machining is a plus.
