Job summary

Knapheide Installation Center in Orlando, FL is seeking a Quality Technician I to evaluate the quality of completed units. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a focus on ensuring form, fit, and function meet customer specifications.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, a strong mechanical background, and collaboration with the production team to maintain high quality and timely repairs. A HS diploma or GED is required; higher degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a Quality role is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units to ensure final product meets quality standards for form, fit, and function.
• Coordinate with production team to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Communicate quality issues across the organization to prevent recurrence.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong mechanical aptitude.
