Job summary

Knapheide Installation Center in Orlando, FL is hiring a Quality Technician I to evaluate the overall quality of the units produced at the facility. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

As a Quality Technician I, you will inspect units for form, fit, and function, coordinate with the production team to complete repairs quickly, and help communicate quality issues to prevent recurrence.

• Communicates quality concerns clearly across teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units to ensure final product meets quality standards for form, fit, and function and matches customer order.
• Work with the production team to ensure repairs are completed promptly to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Assist in communicating quality issues throughout the organization to prevent recurrence.
