Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive repair, inspections, or PDI/FQC roles.
• High attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain—training provided).
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-repair inspections on reconditioned vehicles.
• Verify mechanical, cosmetic, and safety-related repairs meet company standards.
• Ensure all work is complete and the vehicle is road-ready before it reaches the sales floor.
• Test drive vehicles as needed to confirm proper operation.
• Collaborate with service, body, and reconditioning departments to resolve issues quickly.
