Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Quality (QA) Technician to ensure overall quality of raw materials, work in process, and finished products. You will report test results, participate in root-cause analyses, and interact with R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.

The role requires reading gauges, performing inspections, maintaining CoA/CoC, and supporting process improvements in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read gauges, meters, and measurement scales in English and metric.
• Experience with SAP, Manhattan and MS Office preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive culture through clear and respectful communication and teamwork.
• Read and address email messages; participate in shift change pass downs.
• Perform incoming inspection, test work in process and finished products for specifications.
• Record results accurately in forms and computer systems; conduct quality audits as assigned.
• Support R&D and corrective action implementations as needed.
