Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a QA Technician to ensure quality of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products. You will perform inspections, record results, and support root-cause analyses across plant functions.

Key duties include incoming and finished product testing, maintaining CoA/CoC records, and coordinating with R&D and production teams. The role requires attention to detail, SAP/Manhattan proficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Basic math and measurement reading skills are essential.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Manhattan (Avon), and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and strong attendance record.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive culture through clear, respectful communication.
• Read and address email messages; participate in meetings and handovers.
• Perform incoming inspection to ensure specifications are met.
• Record test results accurately in forms and systems.
• Control nonconforming material in SAP and Manhattan; disposition where needed.
• Follow EHS policies and assist with process improvements as needed.
