Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC, a leading adhesive manufacturer, seeks a Process Technician to support safety, quality, and output in production. You will assist in data collection, training, and documentation of projects under the plant process engineer or management.

You will analyze processes and equipment for improvements, troubleshoot issues, train operators, and provide data to guide product development while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Analyze drawings, manuals, and processes to improve manufacturing methods.
• Strong math skills.
• Experience in process improvement or engineering is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes, equipment, and materials to determine efficient methods and improvements.
• Monitor processes for continuous improvement and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate activities of support personnel to resolve process problems.
• Provide data and training support for operators and upgrades.
