Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient math and computer skills.

• Detail oriented with good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision, communicate with Production & QA teams to ensure proper product handling.
• Monitor lines and paperwork to ensure specification compliance.
• Verify and enforce GMPs.
• Check labels, lot codes, bags, boxes, pallets for accuracy.
• Confirm incoming raw materials meet specs; inform QA/Shipping if not.
• Assist production with quality issues to find solutions.
• Ensure microbiological swabs are taken at correct times and positions.
• Uphold food safety policies and procedures.
• Follow all company policies and regulations.
• Handle all other duties as assigned.
