Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in quality assurance or 6 months WayneSanderson employee.
• Intermediate math and computer skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Verify production processes, packaging, food safety, and sanitation monitoring.
• Maintain documentation, inventory control, and release of hold product.
• Assist production team members and supervisors to ensure safe and quality products.
• Verify GMPs, labels, lot codes, and pallets are correctly adhered, printed, sealed, and stacked.
• Assist in microbiological swabs and sampling at correct times/positions.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Work nights, weekends or extended shifts as needed.
