Job summary

PS Seasoning is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our fast-paced production team. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and safety in a hands-on environment.

You will perform inspections, testing, and audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold GMP and HACCP standards. The ideal candidate has QA experience in food manufacturing and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing QA role with HACCP and GMPs preferred.
• AA degree in a science-related field preferred, not required.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sample, test, and weigh product to meet specifications.
• Receive, test, and release raw materials and finished products.
• Identify non-conforming products and initiate hold procedures.
• Observe processes and adjust to maintain quality.
• Conduct allergen testing and monitor CCPs daily.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine audits.
• Support customer, SQF, third-party, and internal audits.
• Review labels for accuracy and compliance.
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Assist with other QA tasks as needed.
