Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to identify food safety issues and alert Operations.
• Perform daily sanitation and food defense inspections.
• Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products.
• Record test results and maintain calibration of instruments.
• Assist in audits and cross-train employees.
