Job summary

BetterBody Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support the QA Department in maintaining food safety, quality initiatives, process control, and continuous improvement. Under supervision, you will perform inspections, release labels, and document findings to ensure compliance with standards.

You will work on visual/product checks, HACCP-related tasks, basic lab support, and ERP/CMMS systems usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written communication and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Self-motivated with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect products and processes against quality standards.
• Monitor compliance with quality specifications, regulations and certifications.
• Perform organoleptic testing and basic lab support.
• Document non-conformances and report to QA Supervisor.
• Support GMP compliance in manufacturing areas.
